Hello to everyone, I am Larry Cook of Lincolnton NC. My call is KJ4TIO and I enjoy monitoring and using the Wilkesboro repeaters .820 and .370.

I'm 65 years of age, retired from the USAF. Thankfully I am in good health and hike a lot especially around Stone Mountain and Pilot Mountain.
I tend to favor all of the amateur radio operators in the Wilkesboro, Yadkinville, Mt Airy area .

I worked as a C130 aircraft electrician and I'm still interested in repairing electrical systems on autos, trucks, tractors etc. I'm still a rookie as far as Ham radio goes. Getting the ticket in 2010 was something I always wanted to do. I really want to do CW and am trying to learn it.
