I would like to say CONGRATULATIONS to all those who took the test to upgrade their license Tuesday night and to those who got their upgrade YEA WE DID IT. I know that 6 of the 9 who tested for EXTRA class passed on the first try and 3 were retesting so hope they made it as well.
