Update on what the Club is providing:

Hot dogs - 2 dozen
Hamburgers - 3 dozen
Buns for both
Paper plates - 50 pack
Napkins - 1 large pack
Drink Cups - enough for 50
Knives, forks, & spoons - combo pack
Ice for drinks (separate from cooler ice) -2 bags

All the above are bulk items that tend to go together so we will have enough basics.

My wife is going to make some homemade chili and slaw as our side dish offering.

We need a variety of drinks
Condiments for the hamburgers and hot dogs
Sliced tomatoes. lettuce, cheese etc.
Some baked beans
Salads
Chips
Deserts
Your specialty dish
