2017 Field Day with the Foothills Amateur Radio Club

This will also serve as the monthly meeting for July - There is no meeting on July 1st.

Setup at 10:00AM

Hamburgers / Hotdogs / Covered Dish Lunch at 12:00PM

Field Day starts at 2:00PM

Talk-in on the W4FAR repeater, 145.37 (-) 94.8 CTCSS
and the W4FAR DMR repeater on Wilkes Local.

As you know if you attended the last club meeting and / or were on the Sunday Night Net, we need to start planning the food. The club will be providing the hamburgers and hotdogs. (With buns!) We can use condiments, cups / utensils / napkins, desserts, sides and drinks.

Please reply to this post as to what you'd like to bring to the event so we can get a list going. (And so we don't end up with 6 containers of relish and no potato salad!)

Let's get this list started! I will bring a large (5 gallon) container of Nestea Iced Tea.

I will bring lettuce and some tomato for the hamburgers

I will bring the large grill, 2 2liter drinks and a bag of chips.

Tom KA4TGS I will bring a Pasta Salad with pasta, tomatoes, and cucumbers in a home made salad dressing.

I will try to bring some ice and Drinks since it appears we may need some.
